Sharing knowledge and experience
We provide training programs in new business models for Social Innovation, as well as educational programs for both adults and children.

Rural Incubation
Our vision is to promote the development and repopulation of mountain areas using new business models to foster social innovation that appeal to people passionate about creating thriving, environmentally sustainable development in the mountains.
Topics
Fair and Solidarity Tourism
This model acts as a counterbalance to the flattening logic of mass tourism and highlights the history, culture and real life of the place to the visitor, strengthens the local community and contributes drastically to environmental sustainability and the preservation of cultural heritage.
Through solidarity tourism, it also gives the community the chance to interact with people from around the world, sharing experiences and knowledge while guaranteeing assistance and support for everyday and seasonal tasks (such as harvesting, trail opening, event planning, etc.).
Socially Supported Mountain Production
Our goal is to establish a more equitable, peer-to-peer food system that emphasizes the proper balance between environmental and economic sustainability, encourages farmers to use sustainable farming methods, makes the producer-consumer relationship transparent, produces high-nutrient commodities, reduces food waste while generating employment, and has a major social impact in the areas where it is implemented.
Educational Programs
Our programs are designed for both adults and children and delve into important topics such as sustainable and environmentally conscious living, eco-conscious practices, food gathering and the unique challenges facing mountain communities. Our workshops provide a hands-on experience, fostering a deeper connection to the environment and mountain life.

Foraging in the mountains
Foraging has been an integral part of mountain life throughout time, offering not only food of exceptional quality, but also a unique opportunity to explore, understand and connect more deeply with our ecosystem. It promotes self-sufficiency by allowing us to secure our own raw materials, reducing our dependence on external food sources. It enhances our health by providing valuable nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. This autonomy fosters a sense of freedom and self-sufficiency, while the experience of being in touch with nature provides peace and deep satisfaction.
