In the High Mountains, we are working to establish the conditions necessary to bolster the decentralization trend and repopulate our villages. We are aware that it can be costly and challenging to relocate from an urban area to a mountainous one, particularly for those without a home or from a rural background.<\/p>


As part of this process, we are creating social structures to support people who wish to leave the city and start over. We need people who are passionate about their place and want to see it revitalized.
